Our dedicated team has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry working in different roles within hotels and event management companies, out of which more than 12 years of experience in the GCC region. Besides experience in hospitality, we also have experience in FMCG and of course in the recruitment industry.

Having worked in the hospitality industry ourselves in either existing properties or being part of a pre-opening team, we understand the excitement and apprehension that comes with a new position and we are here to guide and support our candidates throughout the recruitment process. 

Having been in the region for a while we know the different hotels, restaurants, retailers and spa’s and understand what is required for all the different roles. 

At our agency, candidates never incur fees. We believe in a fair and transparent model where we only earn a fee when a candidate we introduce, successfully secures a position with our valued client.

We therefore do not only screen candidates for experience, education and knowledge but we tend to focus on their personality. We believe that as a hospitality company you can only be successful if you have professionals in your organization that have the right attitude, are willing to learn and have a passion for the industry. We believe that as long as candidates have the right attitude they can learn and grow within the company.

Having recruited candidates for all departments within the hotel and leisure sector we understand what is required for each position but in order for us to truly understand the requirements for the role we prefer meeting our clients for each assignment to understand your personal requirements and to get an understanding of the work environment. This is important for us in order to find the right candidate but also in order to ensure that we find the right fit for the candidate.
