You can only have a successful business if you have the right people in the right position and it is therefore crucial that the selection process is very thorough.
The process of searching for candidates that meet your requirements and taking the initial interview can be very lengthy and this is taken over by Limitless for its clients.
Procedure
We find out exactly what the requirements are for the respective candidates (education, experience, nationality, languages,..) Once the terms and conditions of the contract are agreed we start our search.
We pre-screen, interview and pre-select candidates according to the respective requirements.
We provide the company with the candidate’s resumes in our standard company format.
We will assist in scheduling the interview(s), follow up and provide feedback.
We perform reference checks or provide details for the same.
We can act as an intermediary between the company and the candidate when it comes to the Offer Letter / Employment Contract.
We can collect the necessary documentation from the candidate on the companies behalf.
